Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, joining, or using Odyssey, you agree to these terms and the terms presented during checkout. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.
Product Description
Odyssey provides technical-analysis, educational, and decision-support tools, including Odyssey Fusion TradingView indicators, alert education, market context, and community content. Odyssey is informational and educational. It is not financial advice, investment advice, a broker, a fiduciary, or an automatic trade execution service.
Free Community and Paid Fusion Access
Odyssey Live Trader Community access is distinct from paid Odyssey Fusion access. Free Telegram community membership may provide alerts, commentary, examples, education, and updates, but it does not grant paid TradingView private-script access. Odyssey Fusion access requires an eligible paid subscription and a supported TradingView account.
Subscription Access
Odyssey Fusion Access is offered at $49.99 per month unless a different approved offer is presented at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal and may allow access to continue through the currently paid period shown by the billing provider.
TradingView Requirements and Invite-Only Access
TradingView is a third-party service with its own terms, availability, plan limits, and technical requirements. Odyssey does not own or control TradingView. Invite-only access is granted manually after the customer submits the exact TradingView username. TradingView private-script access can be removed after subscription access ends, payment remains unresolved, or the account is no longer eligible.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for your email account, secure access links, Telegram account, TradingView account, and activity under your access. Do not share secure links or account access. Odyssey support will never ask for passwords, brokerage credentials, API keys, or full card details.
Permitted Use and Prohibited Redistribution
Your subscription grants limited, personal, non-transferable access while eligible. You may not share or resell access, redistribute scripts or protected content, copy source material, circumvent access controls, or reverse engineer the service where prohibited by applicable law. Reasonable screenshots for personal records are permitted; unauthorized commercial or source distribution is not.
Intellectual Property
Odyssey branding, software, indicators, documentation, and original content remain protected by their applicable rights. These terms do not claim ownership of TradingView, Telegram, Stripe, or third-party market data.
Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation
Billing changes and cancellation are handled through the secure Stripe Customer Portal when configured. A cancellation request normally concerns future renewal; the authoritative access end date is the date shown by the billing provider. Do not assume an email or support form submission cancels billing.
Refunds
Unless a specific written refund offer is presented at purchase or required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after access or service availability begins. Contact support if you believe a billing error occurred.
Access Termination
Access may expire when the paid period ends, payment remains unresolved, the subscription is canceled, or these terms are materially violated. TradingView access removal may require manual processing.
Trading Risk, No Advice, and No Guaranteed Results
Odyssey does not guarantee profits, accuracy, win rates, results, or future performance. Markets involve substantial risk and loss of capital. You remain responsible for every trading decision, including whether to enter, exit, size, stop, target, or avoid a trade. No Odyssey alert automatically places a broker order. Customer trade execution remains manual.
Third-Party Services
Stripe, TradingView, Telegram, market-data services, browsers, networks, and other third parties operate under their own terms. Odyssey is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes beyond its reasonable control.
Availability and Updates
Features may be maintained, corrected, improved, or retired. Continuous or error-free availability is not promised. Reasonable maintenance and security restrictions may temporarily affect access.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Odyssey is provided without guarantees of trading outcomes or uninterrupted availability. Odyssey is not liable for losses caused by market decisions, broker actions, third-party outages, or user configuration errors.
