Information We Collect
Odyssey may collect name, email address, account and authentication data, short-lived session records, Telegram username and setup status, TradingView username, TradingView access status, subscription and billing status references, support requests, email preferences, timestamps, redacted audit events, and technical request information needed to operate and secure the service.
How We Use Information
We use this information to create and secure member accounts, confirm free community membership, verify eligible purchases, process TradingView access requests, maintain subscription status, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and send essential service communications.
Payment Processing
When billing is enabled, payments are processed by Stripe through hosted checkout and billing pages. Odyssey receives customer, subscription, invoice, and payment-status identifiers needed to maintain access. Full payment-card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored by the Odyssey customer system.
Telegram and Community Access
Telegram usernames and setup status are used to support Odyssey Live Trader Community access. Odyssey does not use a Telegram invite link as member identity and does not assume a bot can direct-message a member from a username alone.
TradingView Username and Access
Your submitted TradingView username is used to process manual access to Odyssey Fusion private indicators. Submitting or changing a username does not automatically grant indicator access or paid entitlement.
Cookies and Analytics
The customer service uses short-lived, HttpOnly session cookies for secure access. The standalone landing pages do not currently configure advertising or behavioral analytics cookies.
Data Retention
Customer, subscription, access, community, support, security, and audit records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legitimate business or legal obligations.
Data Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate Odyssey, such as Stripe for billing, TradingView for invite-only access, Telegram for community participation initiated by the user, hosting providers, and email providers when configured. We do not claim to sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect customers, Odyssey, or others.
Security
Odyssey uses hashed one-time access tokens, hashed short-lived sessions, HttpOnly cookies, request validation, and restricted billing operations. No system can promise absolute security.
User Choices
You may manage optional email preferences through a verified link and contact support about your information. Transactional billing, security, and access messages may still be required to provide the service.
Children
Odyssey is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone who cannot legally enter the applicable subscription agreement.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the product, service providers, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on the Odyssey website or communicated through available account channels.
